Alberto Ceriteno: Behance

Alberto Ceriteno is an illustrator I found through the UNFCU project “60 Unite for Children” (below is the book). The cover is done by one of my favourites – Si Scott.

Here is the website for the project and the project description

A selection of Alberto Ceriteno’s work I particularly like. The very first image is the one from the “60 Unite for Childrenn” book. I think I am particularly drawn to his work because of his use of textures which I something I like using in my own work, though his style is very different. It is quite reminiscent of “Where the Wild Things Are”

I also discovered his portfolio site and blog… I think this typography fits really well with his style and brings across his personality, something I should remember when I go redo my portfolio site.
